Not everybody likes car alarms. In fact, every few years there's another push in New York City to ban them altogether because they're so numerous and go off so frequently that they're an independent source of noise pollution. But there's one person in every crowd who likes vehicle security: the guy who owns the car with the alarm installed and who wants to keep it from being broken into.
